3. HOW WE SIGN YOU IN

Customer sign-in uses your mobile number and a one-time code sent to that number by SMS.

The code is temporary, expires after a short period, and can be used only once. We use your number for this purpose because it is the same number your order notifications are sent to.

You are responsible for keeping access to your phone and for not sharing one-time codes with anyone. We will never ask you for your one-time code by phone call, message, or email.

4. PAYMENTS

Online payments are processed by a third-party payment provider.

When you pay online, you are taken to the provider's own secure payment page. Your card details, mobile money PIN, and banking credentials are entered there and are never seen or stored by the Website.

What we receive and store is limited to:

  • The amount paid
  • The payment date
  • The payment method type
  • The transaction reference
  • The payment status reported by the provider

A payment is treated as successful only when the payment provider confirms it.

Where staff record a cash or manual mobile money payment made at the shop, we store the amount, date, method, and the receipt number issued.
